Our rooms are available for check-in from 4pm.
In the event of early arrival, please let us know and we will do our best to have your room ready when you arrive. In order to guarantee an early arrival, you may consider extending the booking to include the night before arrival as an additional night.
Otherwise, we do not guarantee that the room will be ready before your arrival. The reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.

The latest check-out time is 12:00. If you exceed this time, you may be charged an additional fee.

To avoid any charges in the event of cancellation, please inform us before 2pm one day before arrival for rooms and 2 days before arrival for Suites and Junior Suites. In the event of late cancellation or no-show on the arrival date, the first night will be charged.

Prepayment of the total cost of the rooms for your stay is required on confirmation. No refunds will be made for changes, cancellations or no-shows.

Any changes to the length of stay must be notified at least 24 hours before arrival or before the night you wish to cancel.
The above is based on a certain number of rooms, the length of stay and the dates requested. If this change is made without the agreement of the Hotel d'Angleterre, this offer may be automatically cancelled.

You will receive a 10% commission on the net room rate.

All confirmations must be made in writing. Please note that we do not hold any bookings without confirmation.

Rooms will be prepaid according to the following schedule:
- 50% before ... 2018
- 100% before ... 2018
(Dates are adjusted according to cancellation conditions)

All room cancellations must be notified to the Hotel in writing. If the Customer cancels some or all of the rooms, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

• Up to 30 days before the arrival date, the entire quota may be cancelled without penalty and any deposit will be refunded.
• Between 29 and 15 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the proforma invoice.
• From 14 days before the date of first arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the pro-forma invoice
